A Swiss mountain cheese made from raw milk, delicious when melted over the ever-popular Raclette machine or oven-baked over new potatoes until melted. Full flavoured with that savoury mushroomy flavour.

This Raclette has the delicious addition of black truffles which adds mushroomy notes and a delicious savoury flavour to the melted cheese. This has proven to be a very popular flavour with our customers and is a wonderful alternative to the traditional style.
