Tomme d’Estaing (or l'Estaing) is a wonderful and special cheese made from sheep milk. It owes its name to one of the most beautiful villages in France with its historical heritage, Estaing, a French commune located in the Aveyron department, in the Occitanie region.

La petite histoire: Tomme d'Estaing begins its maturing process underground. Such ripening process allows it to develop a unique character with marked flavors!
