Bocconcini translates to ‘little mouthfuls’ in English. They are small cheese delights about the size of cherry tomatoes. They taste similar to Mozzarella cheese, since they are actually a fresh variety of it!  Although Bocconcini melts well, it is best to keep their shape and not be cut or shredded.
