Margareth and Pierre-Jan Indekeu, Master Confectioner of France, passed on their know-how and passion for taste to their daughters, Marie-Charlotte and Vérène. La Cour d'Orgères' artisanal award-winning haute couture jams, made from the finest fruit, are cooked in cauldrons in small batches in their workshop in Quiberon Bay.
