RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Thank you for choosing our raclette set for your event! Before finalizing your rental, please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions:

Rental Price:

The rental fee for the Raclette Set is 150.00 AED.

Security Deposit:

A refundable security deposit of 750.00 AED is required at the time of rental. This deposit will be fully refunded upon the return of the raclette set in its original condition. A 5AED fee will be applied for security deposit processed online or by card. 

Rental Period:

The standard rental period is 23 hours (from 5pm to 4pm the next day). If you require an extension, please contact us in advance to make arrangements.

Care and Cleaning:

The raclette set must be returned in the same clean condition in which it was received.
Any excessive cheese residue or damages may result in a cleaning fee deducted from the security deposit.

Pickup and Return:

You can pick up the raclette set from our designated location or opt for delivery (additional charges apply). If you chose to pay the security deposit in Cash, you will need to pick up your raclette set in our store directly; your security will then be reimbursed once the raclette set is returned.
Please return the raclette set on time to avoid late fees. Late returns may result in a deduction from the security deposit.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery will receive a full refund.

Damages:

By proceeding with the rental, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. We want your raclette night to be delightful, and we appreciate your cooperation in ensuring the fondue set's proper care.
