Buffalo Mozzarella (Mozzarella di Bufala) is a cheese made exclusively from buffalo milk. 

It is a fresh, soft, semi-elastic textured cheese belonging to the "pasta filata" family. The process of making pasta filata cheese includes heating the curd to a point where it can be stretched and formed into various shapes. This gives the snowy white mozzarella a mild yet slightly sour taste. Buffalo mozzarella pairs with Beaujolais, Sauvignon Blanc and White.  

Our Mozzarella di Bufala Campana is awarded DOP (“Denominazione di Origine Protetta”, which means Protected Designation of Origin). The DOP mark is the highest distinction awarded by the European Union and confirms the excellence of a product and its artisanship.
