Fondue Suisse moitié-moitié is the authentic traditional Swiss Fondue.  It is called "half-half" (half is "moitié" in French) because it is a mix of 1/2 Gruyère AOP and 1/2 Vacherin Fribourgeois AOP. Vacherin Fribourgeois has always been the perfect partner for its big brother, Swiss Gruyère PDO, in the famous half-and-half fondue, to which it gives its inimitable smoothness and creaminess.

The cheese is cut in small cubes.  It is suitable for a party of 2 guests, who already own a fondue set. If you don't have a fondue set, we've got you covered with our Fondue Black Set!
