Our award-winning blueberry jam from La Cour d’Orgères is made from blueberries from the Massif Central. The wild bilberry (Vaccinium myrtillus) is an emblematic species and the identity of many areas in the heart of the Massif Central, highland region in south-central France, consisting of mountains and plateaus. Blueberry heaths are part of the biodiversity of the areas concerned, and some are classified as habitats of Community interest. 

This blueberry jam is great with Blue Stilton, Manchego, or goat cheese. It's also perfect for a sweet and sour sandwich, think about a blueberry cheddar grilled cheese!

La Cour d'Orgères is a family affair. Margareth and Pierre-Jan Indekeu, Master Confectioner of France, passed on their know-how and passion for taste to their daughters, Marie-Charlotte and Vérène. La Cour d'Orgères' artisanal award-winning haute couture jams, made from the finest fruit, are cooked in cauldrons in small batches in their workshop in Quiberon Bay.
