Chabichou du Poitou is a stunning cheese made from goat milk and produced in the Haut Poitou in France. It has many of the distinctive flavors and aromas of a classic French chèvre and boasts a truly incredible texture.

Our Chabichou du Poitou is hand-ladled and awarded AOP ("Appellation d’Origine Protégée", which means Protected Designation of Origin). The AOP mark is the highest distinction awarded by the European Union and confirms the excellence of a product, its artisanship and unimpeachable quality.
