Saint-Nectaire is a French cheese made in the Auvergne region in France, from the milk of Salers cows that feed on rich, volcanic pastures. The creamy, supple, silky textured paste melts in the mouth to reveal flavours of nuts, hay, cellars and mushroom.Β 

Our Saint-NectaireΒ is awarded AOPΒ ("Appellation d’Origine ProtΓ©gΓ©e",Β which meansΒ Protected Designation of Origin). The AOP mark is the highest distinction awarded by the European Union andΒ confirms the excellence of a product, its artisanship and unimpeachable quality.

Our Saint-Nectaire is also aΒ Gold MedalistΒ at theΒ Agricultural Competition.
