This award-winning apricot jam from La Cour d'Orgères is made from melt-in-the-mouth, fragrant, tangy Roussillon red apricots. Abricots Rouges du Roussillon are cultivated in Languedoc-Roussillon-Midi-Pyrénées. These extremely aromatic apricots are an endemic variety with quite low acidity levels and a delicate, fragrant flavor. Due to the high amounts of sunshine, especially during the ripening season, the meaty Roussillon apricots are particularly juicy and sweet.

La Cour d'Orgères is a family affair. Margareth and Pierre-Jan Indekeu, Master Confectioner of France, passed on their know-how and passion for taste to their daughters, Marie-Charlotte and Vérène. La Cour d'Orgères' artisanal award-winning haute couture jams, made from the finest fruit, are cooked in cauldrons in small batches in their workshop in Quiberon Bay.
